That brought a smile to my face. That looks great. Cant wait to see it finished. I wouldnt of thought of the filler panel, but that panel sets it off. You had some thought into it. Guess I stuck in the tube bumper world.lol

Jason- I like what I see...very close with the wrap around to the side with what I had in mind for mine. I'd like to see the mount to the frame...is that ok? Wondering if it was just one plate bolted to it or if you sandwiched the mount to it? Not to change your direction, but are there going to be any supports coming from the frame to support the wrap around on the lower section of it? I do like your vision and execution...good progress.

Ha ha thanks mark I wasn't sure what your reaction would be so thanks

Hey badest that makes to of us lol.

Thanks terry, I can't take credit for the design, a lot of people built some really cool bumpers and I just copied them with my own spin.

Hey hab glad you like it as with mark I was wondering what you would think.

Hey SS again glad you like it. I will get some pics of the mounts with it mounted if that's what you looking for. Yes there will be a brace on the forward section, been trying to figure a way to make it bolt to the frame and think I've got it, I will get pics up when I get it done.

Hey malachi thanks for checking in.

got the bumper finished up less the reciever "I ran out of wire in my welder" I will get that added soon I went ahead and painted it up with spray on bed liner like I did my sliders. It has its flaws for sure but Im really happy with how it turned out. Im still with out a camera but I will try and post at lrast some phone pics soon.
I got the bumper done in time to head out on a camping/wheeling trip Ive been planing for awhile. the trip went great had a great time except for the parts that didnt go great the weather was just miserable rain rain and the more rain untill sunday when we were packing up lol. Ok that said my poor runner ended up with more damage nothing that cant be fixed but ugh. I dont want yall to think I just beat on my truck but I do wheel it and I try hard not to damage it but my luck with that lately has not been good. I will get some pics of the trip and the damage up as soon as my buddy gets the loaded to photobucket. hope everyone had a great weekend and thanks for checking in.

Wow! looking good buddy, looking forward to the finished product. And sorry to hear about the damage, but that's just life sometimes. It adds personality to your 4runner!

glad you liked mark we had a great time, the guy rideing with me had never been wheeling before I think hes hooked he asked all the way home "when we going again" lol. there were a few pucker moments the pic of me leaning against the tree would be a good one, I had no idea I was on 2 wheels until I seen the pics.

ok just a couple of the carnage lol.

]

I also have a bent lower link in the rear. not complaining just shareing. fixed the pas side door and front fender flare already, took the hatch apart and tried to pop that dent out, not happining the window still works and it open and closes fine so I think it will just stay that way for awhile. Ive been wanting to build new links any way so nows as good a time as any.

and some bumper picks for snow shreader and anyone else thats intrested

the forward brace I wanted the bumper removable and there were no bolt holes in that area so I made up some blind nuts with a nut and washer and welded them in place. the main mounts use two of the original reciever hitch holes aswell as an extra one close to the end of the frame, there is also one drilled thru the top of the frame for a total of ten bolts holding this ting in place.
