Yotatech Lift Consortium

Okay folks, after reading endless posts by new folks on how to lift their vehicle, I think its time Yotatech has a Lift Consortium Sticky that will always be on the front page, and eliminate alot of the endless posts about how to get a certain amount of lift, where to get certain parts, et cetera. For people who add to this post, please list part numbers, web links, and prices if possible. This will hopefully be an expanded version of what can be read on 4X4wire, I think we've got enough folks here with lifted vehicles that we can flesh out all the pros and cons, other required parts (ie. diff spacers, pan hard bracket, etc).

Ahhh, I thought there may have already been something like this put together, but I couldn't find it. Might be useful to have it in the main 4-runner forum so Noobies can see it.

That is why we have the "YotaTech on the web" link on the main yotatech.com page.

There is an awful lot of stuff in there that simply can't be put on the main page.
It's getting loooooooong now

But yes, even a sticky post or a main post with info can then be copied over to our frequent ? forum.

I think it's a good idea you had MC, and will be available for quick info.

Would a seperate sticky for trucks be better, or would you like to see them in the same sticky I started?

If seperate ones, I can change the title of the one I started for 4Runners, and make a new one for trucks.

Just let me know.

Thanks Corey. I think most people take the path of least resistance and just post their question when getting started (myself included), not really knowing the nature of the website, and not realizing that lifts have been discussed to death! Even if you had a flashing red banner with naked women on it yelling "How to lift your vehicle!" people would still post about lifts.
