Where can I get the rubber bumpers for my bug shield?
I have a Toyota bug shield and I'm missing two rubber bumpers.
One missing bumper caused a scratch at the shield has been hitting the hood near the fender.

Do you remember what that person called them so I can do the search?

Are you talking about the clear rubber bumps with the adhesive on one side?
Go to your local hardware store or Rite-Aid or Thrifty's or something like that and look for the rubber bumper thingies they put on the bottom of stuff so they don't scuff kitchen surfaces.
I don't know what they're called and what exactly they're used for but I got a small package of 6 for $2 or something like that in the hardware/kitchen aisle in my local Rite-Aid.

Thanks.
I'll visit my local hardware store.

Peter's got the right idea... don't pay the price for "factory replacements".
I actually got mine at Lowe's hardware store. They have bins of stuff like corks, plastic wheels, cotter pins, and... rubber stoppers and bumpers.
I picked one that was plenty long and about the right diameter and glued it on to the air deflector with Goop (a silicone based adhesive).
If you get one that's too long, just cut it down with a sharp knife.

Tried my local hardware store and Home Depot.
No good.
Did a yahoo search and can't find replacements.
Will have to try a arts and crafts store like AC Moore.

Your profile doesn't say where you are, but do you have a Lowe's around? Lowe's has the Bins Of Magic (usually around the aisle from the fasteners)... I become less of a Home Depot fan everytime I goe into Lowe's.

PM me your address and I'll mail some to you. I have extras and a 37 cent stamp is nothing...
I'll see if I can even find some of the original packaging so you'll know what to keep an eye out for
