What size is front wheel bearing nut?

What size is front wheel bearing nut?

I took off the hub and my god, the thing is huge! The biggest I had was a 32 mm and it was no where near it. I was going to adjust the wheel bearings because they feel loose(play in the wheel/tire/hub).

54mm, some use 2-1/8", has to be a fairly thin wall socket.

Yup, and if you dont want to go buy a $25.00 socket just use a hammer and screwdriver.

That nut needs to be properly torqued, that may be hard to do with a hammer

Yeah I found mine locally in OKC (Steve's wholesale tools) about $12.
