What inch lift will clear 35s on 3rd gen 4Runner?

I've got a 98 Runner. I installed a 3" ToyTec lift. New coils and shocks in rear. Spacer up front. I still have 32" Yokohamas on it right now. I want it to sit higher than it is right now. I'm considering either just getting some 33s, or I'm wondering if I put a 2" body lift on it on top of my 3" suspension lift I'll be able to clear 35s off/on road? I don't mind a little rubbing off road and I think it'd look great if it had 5" of lift and 35s!
Thanks

1989 Yota truck 3.slow 5 speed 4x4 lifted trail truck (blew engine) (scrapped)
1984 Yota truck 22R 5 speed 4x4 2" lift trail/mud

Have you used the search function?

Edit Nevermind probably not because literally this has been covered hundreds of times.

The help is plastered in the forum a hundred times with a search I'm not a seasoned member here I'm still a newb myself but I always search and I don't expect to come on here and ask what tires will fit what gears to get etc and someone to hold my hand when it has been gone over a hundred times. Find the what size tires will fit thread and then come back here and tell me if you needed to create this thread.

You sound pretty pissed. The only one wasting their time here is you. All I've done is ask a question about my runner. I tried searching but didn't have any luck. Have a nice evening

It's not that big of a deal. 33's will cover most of what missouri will offer but if you really want 35's you will need to tub the firewall. check out dirtco's build for his 4runner on 35's here https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f200...thread-235852/
and scuba's thread on his tacoma here https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f200...thread-188434/
both guys wheel their rigs but if you want mall crawler crap just body lift the thing and cram your tires under it. Your choice do you actually wheel your 4runner or do you want to play dress up?

Thanks for the links. I have a 84 sr5 that I do most of my wheeling with. My 4runner is my daily driver but I do take it wheeling often. The 2" BL and 35s would be partly for looks.

Measure and find out:

As noted, make up a block of wood or piece of cardboard that is 1.5" tall (half of 3") and run it around the face of the current 32" tire to see how a 35" tire would fit. Any place you hit the wheel well, see if raising that point 2" would allow the tire to fit w/o rubbing.

Also can't forget about turning clearance. 35s will decrease your turning radius, Which is for sure covered in previous threads

I've got the ToyTec OMERUN3 and 3" 4Crawler body lift on top of 33x12.5R16 with no rub and no other modifications. Running this setup for a DD since 2005 no problems.
