Ditto with the addition of a small squeegee.

I've tried almost everything on the market and found that anything with ammonia leaves fogging and, on the 03 and 04 runners, will stain your dash (permanently!). The Stoner Invisible Glass and micro-fiber towels are the best combination. I'm a smoker and the smoke really fogs up the interior glass but with the stoner and the micro-fiber, it comes off and the glass stays cleaner much longer. There are two types of micro-fiber towels, wet and dry. Use the wet to apply and clean and then buff with the dry type and your windows will as clean as they are ever going to get. I think Toyota has a special "coating" on the outside that fogs easily and the inside windows of any car today gets fogged from the gases given off by all the plastics and synthetic materials.
