I got my Vortex installed today. It sounds AWESOME. I love it. There is something werid though. When I was headed home I started to smell a weird smell. I'm not really sure how to describe it, but it wasn't there before. Any ideas?

Edit: Can just changing the muffler add any performance? I also did the deckplate mod about two weeks ago and didn't notice any change, but with the muffler throttle response seems to be a lot better.

 

More than likely its just the oil/grease burning off your new muffler and tailpipe. It will go away in a couple days

 

Yep, thats normal with a new muffler ... It smells all funny.
