hey guys , im doin the top end rebuild on my 94 3.0. does anyone have the torque specs on the heads, exhaust manifolds, cams. basically if anyone has this page out of the manual, i could use it. thanks for any help.

 

29 ft lbs on the exhaust manifolds and 33 ft lbs on the heads. +90 degrees and + 90 degrees. thanks to bumpin yota. you tha man.
