does anyone know the gear ratios for a 99 4runner transfer case?

you cannot regear a 99 4runner chain drive case, your best bet is to get the inchworm or marlincrawler crawler box (or reduction box) that sits in front of the chain drive and gives you either 2.28:1 or 4.7:1 (recommended gears from Marlin Crawler). or go with 4:1, 4.7:1, 5:1 (what I have) or 5.7:1 from inchworm.

to do so is going to run you 2000 total with driveshaft fixes and shifter floorboard mods, maybe a tiny bit more.
