Snow Chain Recommendations???

I have a 97 Toyota 4Runner with rear 2WD on stock sized wheels. Does anyone have any recommendations on snow chains to get: what type/brand and even where to get them?

I've heard some bad things about some chains... like it cutting through their tires..... so i think i'd want to avoid those....

I really like the SCC Z-Chains:

Extremely easy to install, no need to move the vehicle and they work very well:

I agree with 4Crawler, SCC Z-Chains work very well and they are worth every penny. I have the Z-Chain part number Z-579...below is the cheapest I was able to find online...

It's pricey but they have gotten me out of sketchy situations up in Tahoe on many occasions and you can't put a price tag on that.

That will only happen if you drive with them on the pavement with no snow, for extended periods.

I agree with Adam, I have had mines for three years and I have never had a problem.
