pp springs on,(pic)

i finally got my springs and put them on,i should have done this a year ago, man it rides so much better than with the weak factory springs,i got way more lift than i expected didn't measure before and after but i looks like between 2-3 inches,i am gonna replace the front shocks soon with about an inch longer ones due to the down travel over speed bumps feels like its tuggin on the shock anybody got any suggestions as far as type and what it tell the parts place about the length i need, those springs were pretty scary compressing far enough to get them on the stock length shock, anyhow thanks everybody for answering my previous questions this is a great website

thanks, i got the springs from shox.com, i talked to the guy at pp about the springs they are listed for 4wd only i wanted to make sure they would fit on 2wd, the guy was clueless and said he wasn't even sure if they sold springs for 4runners, so i ordered them from shox, unfortunately they have to get them from pp anyway so pp made money out of the deal-in my opinion pp needs to get some staff that atleast knows what they sell

Personal Experience, I would say NOT to go with the bilsteins. They are too stiff with with PP springs. Others have been quite happy with Tokio Trekmasters. Let me know if yo have any questions.

yours is 2WD lexus because so is mine? your ride seems to sit more level which is what i want. ( i hate my front end sitting lower then the rear). is the ride good enough that i wouldn't need to change my shocks if my current factory ones are still working fine?

You're going to want longer shocks for the taller springs. The new spring will quickly toast your OEM shocks.

i would and am going to get longer front shocks-the ride is great the front is a tad stiff but i drove an f350 for years so its perfect for me, i need to get longer front shocks, i would recommend doing them at the same time, compressing those springs far enough to be able to start the nut on top of the strut cap was scary, hey WARROIR how do i know what length shocks to get? do i call whoever im gonna order them from and say i need a 1-2" longer shock?or do i have to measure the old shock and add an inch or so, thanks for the continued advise

I have no idea on the shock length. I just ordered the Billies when I needed new ones before I got the PP. Unfortunately I am not any help for that. MTL_Runner might be of some help though, he is quite knowledgeable in this area.
