Pesky Stickers

We all have them... those nasty bright yellow warning stickers stuck all over our sun visors.
Has anyone figured out an easy way to get them off?
I spent hours relentlessly picking at them with tweezers and a blowdrier when my '00 Taco was new and I'm looking for a better way to get them off of my '03.

my dad contacted the dealer about this for his 1999 camry, they said removing that would ruin the upulstry (sp?). you probably gotta tear the fabric off and replace it, sounds like fun huh? :pat:

Well, I successfully got them off of the '00, but it did leave a bit of a "matted" down look in the fabric.. not too bad though, it was much better than the glaring bright stickers.

I'm just looking for a better method for removal...

I removed the ones on my Xterra the day after I I bought it (not only were there two on the sun visor, there was also one stuck to the ceiling under the sun visor  ) All I did was ease up a corner of each one very gently and SLOWLY I peeled each one off.

It left a bit of a matted look where the stickers were, but after a while it went away.

L33T35T I think the dealer who told you it would ruin the upholstery is full of it. You definitely don't need to tear off the fabric to get the stickers off.

Just take it easy on them, and peel them off slowly, and it should work great. That's how I did it with my Xterra and that's how my brother did it with his '03 Tacoma.
