Performance Products HELP

I ordered my Jardine Exhaust from Performance Products a week ago and got it in today. When i pulled out the chromed exhaust tip one side was chipped and flaking off. There was also ripples on the same side that looks like it would fall off if i rubbed it. There Customer service dept is closed. Well the problem is i sold my exhaust yesterday because i knew i was getting in my Jardine today. So i cant install because i may need to return and now i have no exhaust. Has anyone ever had to deal with returns at Performance Products. any suggestions for what i should say to them? Thanks

I got a Jardine cat-back for my old '88 V6 truck from them a few years ago and they sent me the wrong one. It was a pain in the . It was none too quick and they refused to send me the correct one before they got their 'f' up back. I had to throw a 2nd one on my credit card and be credited when the original got back to them. I did get them to eat next-day after some yelling but nevertheless was highly displeased to say the least. Haven't done business with them since.

Thanks for drudging up my repressed anger!

i bought my jardine exhaust from Truckperformance.com, i had no complaints from them, about 6 or 7 months later the exhaust is holding up fine, including the tip

I ordered at set of Bilst. shocks from Performance Products and one of the rear shocks didn't come with new bushings. I used to work in shipping and recieving long ago, and it seems pretty typical of the crack heads I used to work with. Sounds like they need to do a little house cleaning, if they want to keep customers.

I talked to customer service and they said the only thing they can do is order a new tip from Jardine have that sent to my house, and they are gonna mail me prepaid shipping. Sounded sweet until he said it could take TWO weeks
It better not be that long

I have posted in the past regarding Performance Products and their lack of customer service. I absolutely will never do business with them again.
