All-Pro Offroad sells one. They do mention that it lifts the panhard rod 5", but maybe it will also work with less lift as well. Ask them and see what they can do for you.

Hope this helps.

Yep, you may have seen one of my old posts here.
I contacted Downey and told them they would get quite a few sales from the forum here from second gen owners just wanting to buy the gizmo, and not the spacer pucks for the 3" lift kit that can be bought to raise the Downey coils 1.5" more.

They told me no dice.
Downey has some good gear, but as a company to deal with, they suck big time.
Just look at their website, and no 800 # to call.
Not very customer oriented.

Here is Pro Comp's website: http://www.explorerprocomp.com

Here's a pic of the drop bracket they sell:

And finally, 4Wheel Parts sells their stuff. Central 4WD does as well.

Hope this helps.

Call 4WP and tell them you want a drop bracket from Pro-Comp, a half dozen or so people have done this.

As for Downey, they sell one too, but you get other stuff with it. If you have the coils, add the spacers and the bracket, your rear will not be too high.

The AP one is not bolt on, all the others mentioned are.
