Offroad Trip Pics

It wasn't a rock-crawling trip or anything, but it was a great time we had. I don't think the pictures do justice to the steepness or depth of the moguls & trails, but that's just me.

Offroad Trip Pics

Next trip should be in January.

Pics never do justice to a trip Al.
Several I have taken never really show the steepness of a trail.

Nice pics you got.
Just got done looking at them all.

Snow is fun to drive in during a wheelin' trip, and makes for cool pics.
Looks like you all had a good time, and had a cool lunch break

I'm still trying to work out everyone's schedules for this, but you are absolutely welcome to join us. It's way too much fun & the more the merrier.

As soon as I figure out where & when, I'll post it in the Offroad forum. If January is a 'no-go' I'll get one together for February & post.

Nice pics. If you want to go wheeling, there is always a group of people on this site that go wheeling in the Waiporous area. It is about 1/2 hour from Cochrane.

Hey, I think I see Sasquatch back in the forest there! I'd like to make the trip and load up on some great Canadian beer to take home. Just curious, what was the temp and elevation there? Nice photos, thanks...

-Temp was around -2 degrees C / 28 degrees F
-Elevation is approx. 2400 ft.

There is another trip on the 11th of Jan., being planned by the Northern 4WD Assoc. It's an open trip, meaning non-members may go. We will be going one hour north of Edmonton to Long Lake for some light trail exploration.

If there are any Albertans here, please send me a PM or an email. I'd like to get a list of people here from Alberta and possibly plan meets/trips/etc. Thx.

Al
