Was bored this weekend, and frustrated with the lack of cash currently available for mods, so I changed some things around on my rig. I tore appart my roof rack, and went with a little more of a minimalist approach. I also got rid of the small, round amber fog lights I had and replaced them with some rectangular white driving lights. I run them all the time like day-time runners, and I think they look much better, especially for daily use.

It's a nice change... I'll put the rack back together in a while, but for now I like the change.

Yeah, it does look good. I did something similar this weekend. I wanted to repaint some stuff on my 4Runner. My windshield wiper arms were rusting and the stock rack on the roof was peeling big time. So I painted them real nice. I took them off, primed them up and then painted them with satin black paint. I used rustoleum for both. They turned out really good and now it looks better. I wanted to get it done before winter and now I did. Now I am ready for anything...lol. :fireman:

 

Looks good. I especially like th fog in the backdrop there. How did you get it there? hehe
