Ok, i am trying to cut the rubber lower portion of my rear mud flaps.. I know on the write up it says just to use a sharp knife, but everything around my house is just not sharp enough and i need to buy something to cut it off with. What did the people who did this mod use to cut it off?

btw I used sharper sissors, I didnt use a razor blade

 

sawzall here, or however you spell it, it wasn't that hard you just gotta be careful to stay on the right line, and even if you do mess up it doesn't matter because you can't tell unless you stare at it for awhile

 

Some big shears work well.

When I ripped off one of my mudflaps, I relocated them to sit at the front of my sliders. looks pretty good, but it doesn't really stop a whole lot of mud.

 

Personally, I used a sharp utility knife. Cut it like butter.

 

i used a dremel with a cut off blade. its kinda thick, and i wouldnt trust myself with a knife trying to cut through that. heavy duty shears would work well too...

 

i used a utility knife with a fresh razor, cut it very easily. Just take your time and go slow and you should be able to get a good clean cut in one pass.
