Took my '03 Runner from Seattle to Wyoming for some offroad fun. On the way home I had the bad luck to get caught in a rock storm kicked up by a Fu#@ing minivan that swerved off the road at 80 Mph. Cracked my windshield and peppered my hood and bumper with about 15 chips in the paint and the plastic.

Aaaanyway, I learned a few things. The truck is great offroad, avoid minivans at all cost and the front hood protector from Toyota is completely worthless.

Question: Anyone use one of those magnetic hood protectors on their truck? Looks very similar to the tank protector I have on my bike and not so "Bra" looking as the other crap available. I cannot find one for the 2003 Runners, hoping someone has an idea about where to find one.
