That same truck was on Ebay a few weeks ago. Apparently he hasn't sold it yet.

 

being from Mobile, Alabama. I see the gulf in the pics behind the rig. I wonder how much salt water that thing has seen. I bet the underside doesn't look half as good as the rest.

 

I think the auction said that it is strictly a show truck. It has never seen the dirt.

 

haha, I don't know if I could have something like that and not put it to the test every now and then. And a side note, a rig doesn't have to actually be dunked in the sand or sea to have salt corrosion. The salt in the air is thick with salt, we had a few cars start corroding even after being Zeibarted (sp.) of course that was 10-20 years ago in that area of the gulf.

Okay can we please stop posting this truck? This is the 3rd or 4th post of exactly the sam ething...we get it...big truck..whoop-de-doo.

 

You forgot to mention how ugly it is now and that they've massacred it. Don't forget everyone, he'll trade a houseboat for it...

 

I saw the new owner driving down the road today. He waved at us (we had a group of modded 4Runners driving together on the road.) Apparently its a 15-year-old in my neighborhood.

No 15 year old deserves that! I don't care if he earned the money picking up 1,2,3,4,5.......240,000 pop cans ($12,000). He's gunna kill himself, or just plain trash that rig.

I hate all that green crap on that thing too. My fav color is green, don't get me wronge but it just makes it look fugly!

That "thing" has been on EBay forever....this is the 3rd or 4th time it's been through the forum....
