Some sort of heat producer such as a heat gun (i've even heard of blow driers working), and a razor blade.
be very careful with the razor blade if you are concerned about damaging the paint

I have work lamps in the garage that I place about 14-20 inches a way and you can do about 3 feet every few minutes and it will almost slide right off... don't leave the lamps in one spot for too long though.

Well trees tend to pin stripe my truck,,, so in theory if you could align said tree with pin stripe you too may remove one with the other.

2500 pis power washer works real good just don't hold it too close or it can remove the paint.

i used a blow dryer and some goo-gone. worked like a charm.

Hot ass Halogen Lamp + Peel it off + goof off to get the stuff off.

Your golden. Just take your time peeling and make sure you get the glue off.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. 3M Woodgrain And Stripe Remover does wonders on this stuff.
