After you do it once, its a no brainer doing it again. There's a few tricky spots but its not bad.

Replace O rings definately. The three times i had to replace an injector i just re-used them all. The last time i started having them stretch out and tear. When that happens you 1. have fuel leaking everywhere. 2. Have to repeat the entire job after re-assembly. 3. When you repeat the job, you're basically huffing gas for as long as it takes you to do it. In my experience, i was huffing gas for about 45 min.

That makes 4 times i have replaced an injector. # 4 was simply because i thought, "hey i've reused the O rings three times now, lets go for 4.)

Fuel is flammable. Engines create heat. If you're lucky it will just be an inconvenience.

Or.
I've posted this question in a number of forums and decided that it would be best to have all of the injectors professionally cleaned and flow tested. Also, replace all seals, gaskets and fuel filter while I'm at it. Short cuts have a habit of backfiring.

And thanks for all the advice.
