Fog Light Switch

I have the 3rd gen fog light switch installed now in my 2003 for
my backup fog lights.
Does anyone know where I can get one similar to how the 4th
gen switches look?

I want one that looks like the "TRAC OFF" switch.

DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?

JG,

Some pics of what you want my help. I think the switch you want is a push button type instead of a toggle type, right? Couldn't you just get a replacement switch like some that you already got and just use that? Do they all have words on them? I bet you could "gently" scratch the words off...

How is the light behind you these days?

Yes I want a push button type instead of a toggle type.
I will try and get some photos tomorrow.
If I cant find one I will probably get a replacement one and "'gently' scratch the words off..."

The light behind me is GREAT! I will try and capture it
on film some time soon!

Is that one the same size as the 3rd gen cutouts? I like that kind of switch also, thanks for finding it. I hope it will work for me.

Not really. You have to be careful with Performance Products, they have been known to misrepresent what they sell and many times charge more or, in this case, way more. The other switch that they are offering along side of this one is priced about right. I have the OE fog light switch in my truck that I use to control my REAR RED fog light. It is a lighted toggle switch with the fog light icon and is sold without a harness connector.

I was working on a fog light project this week for 2nd gen.

The switch size was 1 5/8" H x 13/16 W.

Started to think ... pay $12 for a switch or 98 cents for a cover.

mmmmm

I choose to buy a 98 cent cover and a $5 luminated toggle switch.

I drilled through the blank, put the swich in, and attached the assemble to the dash. Looks good.
