I did few new things to my 4Runner in the last few weeks, I changed my fog bulbs from the H3 to some 194 bulbs and I put some white 6 L.E.D. bulbs in them just like I have in my corner lenses.

Did you use the harness with the fuse and relay? You might consider that if you don't want to burn out the switch or anything else. And, disable your DRL so the HID's don't have issues.
