one is going on my new gutter guard grill (a shackle from broken tow strap went thru it)

what do you guys think a fair price is??

i would have to buy a whole sheet and cut a bunch -- the sheet is like $100 for 4'x10' and who knows how many you could get from that (well some math dork could, but not me), also those bits arnt cheap

if alot of people are interested i may have a new job , so everybody really, really wants 10 or 20 right!!

i can cut this type of alum or diamond plate which would have been cool also.

well i aint really a math dork or anything...but going off your above dimmensions (5x3.25) and (6x2.75)...you would need 16.25 and 16.5 sq. inches respectively...now a 4'x10' sheet of alum. is 5760 sq. inches...but the bit takes away a little extra with each cut so i would say youll lose about 10% of the sheet to waste...your left with 5184 sq. inches...that having been said...if you sold the emblems as sets...one Yota sign and one TRD sign...you could get about 158 sets out of a sheet...if the sheet costs $100...then your cost per set of emblems comes to a whopping $0.63

now you let me know how much your 'manhour' is worth and the cost of those bits and how quickly you burn them up...and ill revise the figures...
