Clutch start switch. Adjustable?

Howdy,
I have to just about put the clutch pedal on my '00 4Runner through the floor to throw the switch for starting. Is this thing adjustable? My father's '99 Taco is the same way but my '03 Taco did not require the pedal to be pushed so far down.
Thanks,
Mike

Yup. There should be a nut above and below the switch. Just adjust your nuts to your preference.

-Bumping an old thread because I Search'ed -

How do I find the clutch start switch? Just take my hand and follow the clutch pedal all the way up? What does the switch look like?

follow the clutch pedal as it travels down to the floor. It's a white plastic button that the pedal pushes into. You can't really miss it.

How do you adjust the switch? What do the nuts do?

Do the nuts move the switch up and down? In and out? Do they move the part that's contacted by the pedal? What?

Havent looked at my switch in like 3 months...
But IIRC, the 2 nuts move it In-Out; When you get it where you want you tighten them back down...
