Cali or Fed Spec?

Is there a way to tell if a truck is cali or fed spec based on its VIN?

cali spec has two cats, fed only one ... not sure on that .. but thats what I hear

yep.. cali is 2-cat... I believe all new models are all cali-spec.

the label on the diver door pilar may specify this but I am not sure

Look at the underhood label that shows what year and engine you have. It will say CA emissions-if it does not, its fed.
