For a Toyota it is practically new, now if it was a Ford according to the zip it is 23 miles from you so go check it out, for 5 grand and not a bad deal

Carfax and recall check. If it passes, tell him to go for it. That's crazy cheap...I wonder why?

In the comments he says he's got chrome rims, but the picture shows aluminum ones. Makes one wonder where else he stretched the truth.

Also, why does it matter if the HG has been done? If it hasn't, then the dealer will just fix it for free anyway...might even get a new engine out of it. (disclaimer: call the dealer first to make sure they'll still honor it.)

What I meant was, be aware of the headgasket problem. For example, the dealer may have already done it, but it still has problems (its rare, but can happen).

I agree with you, as I was one of those people that bought the truck, then immediately had the HG recall done. So its not always a bad thing.

Is it a 4X4 or 2wd? That could be why its so cheap.
