Which brackets for 01 bumper to a 98?

Which brackets for 01 bumper to a 98?
I have been searching and have found that brackets are needed from the 01 to put the front bumper on a 98. I cannot figure out which brackets though. Are the ones that are welded to the frame on the 01 needed to do this swap or just the brackets like these:

Yah I was thinking that may be the case. THe 01 02 have a 3 bolt plate welded to the frame ends. My TJM bolted to them so I guess I have to tell this guy that he would need additonal brakets to do this swap. I am giving this thing away practically for $100.
