Boost Gauge installed...how much psi???
I just installed my TRD boost gauge, and I'm curioius what you guys are running for boost. I thought that the TRD SC had a 8 psi pulley on it, but I only show 7 psi, maybe 7.5?
Is this common? I only have a TRD air filter, otherwise stock besides the SC. I do plan on doing the TRD exhaust, but with Xmas and all, its going to have to wait.

I do want to, but are there any options besides the TRD headers at about $1k!? I think I saw that "downey" or somebody also makes a set, but has anyone had any experience with them?

The TRD headers are the best, but I wouldn't pay the money for them. Downey does make good headers which are a lot cheaper. The difference between the two is TRD has a cross-over pipe to cross the drivers side header to the passenger side, which makes it possible to have your exhaust route the same way as stock. The Downey headers don't have the cross-over so you have dual exhaust routed down driver and passenger side, which eventually needs to reconnect before the muffler and the best place to have the pipe run is right behind the T-case just under the driveline.
I'm pretty sure I will use Downey.

The TRD supercharger for the 3.4 is a 6 PSI system. Some people get a tad more and some don't.
There have been many claims that the Autometer made TRD boost gauge is not accurate and it is off by 1-2 PSI. I had also thought so, but I have tested mine with a very accurate MAP sensor and it shows the boost gauge is very accurate.
