FOREVER BLACK

Get a bottle of Forever Black for fender flares, bumpers, etc. or do a search and type in "Forever Black"!

Hope this helps!

I am a true believer in Back To Black (ALL mothers products actually). But for some reason this doesn't last more than a week or so on my Volvo bumpers. I have read about Forever Black and am willing to give it a try, it seems more lasting. But, I have checked all the parts houses here and can't locate it...any help?
Thnx.

Forever Black

I found it online by just doing a Google search for Forever Black. I got mine from Driver's Performance, or something like that and I got the Tire Gel and the Bumper, fender flare stuff for about $29 shipped.

Hope this helps!

Hey saintsteve,

If your runnin' boards are strugglin, then you probably don't need "back to black", what you need is a set of sliders, yeah sliders man! Then that would be a real woo woooooo!!!! What do you think?

I just used regular amor all wipes and they worked like a charm for me. However I think that back to black stuff looks pretty good.

Forever Black vs. Armor All

Forever Black will last a long time, 50+ washes, Armor All lasts one wash at best and it smears that petroleum based stuff all over the paint when it rains.

Once Forever Black is on and dries, it doesn't wash off onto the paint. It permanently dies the fenders, bumpers, etc. back to their original black luster. I'll try and post some pics of where I did this soon.

Hope this helps!

Forever Black

I got the Tire Gel and the Bumper, Fender Flare stuff, and there is another kind for bed liners as well. The only place I could find it was online, but I got it in like 3 days from superiorcarcare.net, "The Driver's Seat".

Hope this helps!

Saintsteve,

did you say Xterra step tubes? check out my write up: http://www.4runners.org/articles/steps

If you can find a set of cheap xterra step tubes locally, just follow my directions. Also, Calroxx is selling his Toyota step tubes on ebay right now. PM him.

also, watch out for those long lasting gels/liquids when you put them on running boards. Sure, they'll look good but they'll also make them slippery too. Just so you know.

Bob
