I think I understand what you mean, mine does the same thing probably a combination of the traction control and VSC tryin to keep the tires planted and not spinning on the turn, nothin to worry about, if it was really binding you would know it

It happens between 0 and 10 mph you have to be turning fairly sharp left or right slight shake or jittery. Other wise smooth as silk except for my seat klunking around.

Try a search on here...I believe some guys have come up with solutions to remedy this (that, or they have had the dealer fix it). Hopefully you can find something.

How many miles does it have?

Check that the center diff is not locked!! EDIT: Sorry need to read more careful, but lock and unlock the center diff to make sure it works correctly.

I dont think you are referring to the the driveline clunck, which requires lube for the drivetrain.

Also take the seat back to the dealer and be very specifc in what words they put in the service order. If they dont fix it, take it back and get the exact smae works put in again. This way if they aren't able to fix it, you have a good lemon law case. See http://www.toyota-4runner.org/forumd...?s=&forumid=11 good board especially for 4th Gen and initial issues, from driveline clunking, moonroof ratlles to seat problems. Very useful.
