you're fairly new here. you have to search your life away before you ask anything... thats why this forum died and isnt as good as it was a few years ago. that kind of stuff drove people away. there used to be a guy on here Ric that had a beast 4Runner with a toytec lift, not sure which one but he's not on here anymore

The thread hasn't died. For people who need help or want to be part of the forum stay. He isnt satisfied with it for some reason, he should be helping the OP instead of criticizing the forum, people like him are why he thinks the forum has "died". We dont need to clog the OP's thread with this crap though.

you can also refer to pictures for those with 1999, 2000, & 2002 4Runners. These year models look almost the same. So when you install the lift you're looking for, the FINAL LIFTED HEIGHT should be almost the same.
The only difference will be the amount of lift because some years have taller springs (1999 and early 2000) while the late 2000, 2001 and 2002 have shorter springs.
That means that for a 1999 or early 2000 model, the difference between the stock height and lifted height will be smaller when compared to those of a late 2000, 2001, or 2002 model.
But as I said earlier, the FINAL LIFTED HEIGHT will be almost the same.
EDIT: the 1996 to 1998 year models can also be used as reference. the only thing is the front bumper and side mirrors are different. Also, some models don't have the fender flares.

I think the real issue boils down to the fact that your question alone illustrates your lack of researching the topic. I don't think it's unfair or being a prick to say anyone who knows even a smidgen of anything about lifting IFS on the 3Rd gen 4Runner knows 3" is pretty much the max the CVs will take without just exploding from the extreme geometry. I sell Toytec stuff and I'm not aware that they offer a 3.5" lift per se.
When asking for help you catch more flies with honey than a fly swatter.

Again, do they offer a 3.5" lift kit? No.
There is a reason no one has any pictures of a 3.5" Toytec lift on a 3rd gen, they don't offer one. Other than a bracket lift or a SAS, the CVs will explode above 3".

I agree with the Wabbit on the CVs.
Assuming that you'll use the truck as a DD only, the least damage will be the CV boots getting torn again and again.
Also, the ride quality will suffer because the front springs will be a lot stiffer if you crank the coil-overs to its maximum lift height.
it would be better to crank the coil-overs to have a 2.5" suspension lift and add a 1" body lift.
