Yes, someone has.
There is a kit around somewhere, but I think the concensus was that the intake was pointless, because the position it is in would most likely suck in water.

saw that on URD's website.
although, i don't think that 4runner is streetable.
i'm looking for something that's more reasonable too.
not 600+ hp. that's just nuts
