22RE cold running issue

It's almost time to put the MR2 away and focus on the truck. I have an unmodified '93 4x4 "Deluxe" pickup with the 22RE. Lately it's running bad when it's cold. It's underpowered and might have a minor skip. As soon as it's up to running temp, it runs great. It's got 150 miles short of 200k, but it was maintained well, and I maintain it well. It was suggested to me that it could be the coolant temp sensor, but it wasn't suggested with much confidence. Anyone had this problem?

Should be able to test it with a multi-meter to see if it is bad or not.

Cold start injector, going bad? It would tend to put more fuel in the system until the truck warmed up to be able to burn it more efficiently.
