My comment is about how much more trouble I'm having installing the 890's than I had installing the 906's. Im sure the height on the 890's will be great, I have 881's in the front.

Not sure what you're talking about with the front end bro. I went from a 906 in the rear to an 890. Already had the 881s....haven't changed them, they are great.

More Questions
Is anyone running 33's with the 881/890 OME combo? I was looking as the SS kit for the OME lifts because my truck is about paid off and I wanted to go to 33's. I'm having a hard time figuring out what else I'll have to change to make them work. I think they will fit now but I want them to function reasonably well on the trail. I have aftermarket wheels 16x8 with 4in backspace and I was hoping someone could let me know where they are rubbing with the OME lift. Here's the accessory kit BTW, anyone got it?

Was looking at a Falken Rocky Mountain ATS 285/75/16

Update
To wrap this thread up, I ended up with all OME stuff, its great. If you’re looking to replace your stock stuff and not lift, go OME 880/906, if you want to lift some go 881/890. The 882/891 combo is for a bumper set up. I also put The Sonoran Steel OME accessory kit on which gives you all the basic stuff you need to accommodate the additional height if you do go with the 881/890 set up and gives you an extra inch or so up front.
Im using the Nitrocharger shocks which I really like but aren’t the cheapest option. I don't know much about the Bilstein HD's but they seem to be an alternative. I would say throughout this whole process mixing and matching suspension components has been a bad idea so far IMO. After all the OME stuff I ended up buying I could have gone with a SS lift for a little more cash. That being said my truck rides great. Hope this helps.

Parts numbers of the shocks
Hi1
Could you please let me know the complete parts numbers for the Bilstein 2450s and 2451s you have? Actually I have mounted 99 on the front and 906 on the rear but with the factory shocks, I will apreciate your help.
Thanks,

Hey Rapter...
Just to review, I'm running:
- 99 coils up front up with Bilstein 2450s
- 906 OME coils in the rear with Bilstein 2451s
The above set up has worked very well for me... and my truck is set up for the street. I'm about 30 mins outside of DC in Fairfax VA, and there aren't many places to wheel around here. My Runner is primarily set up for road trips, I travel up and down the east coast to see friends and family quite often (family is in NJ).
I love the handeling of the truck... I wouldn't run the 2450s or 2451s if I was gonna be off road a lot, I do think they are a stiff shock, if you search you'll see a lot of complaints regarding this. But for the street, they work very nice.
If I had to do it again, I'd go with this set up. I'm a daily lurker here and have seen all of the different set ups, but for the street, I feel the above combo hits the mark (granted the street is no where near as demanding as what this community does to their rigs). I originally looked at the 5100s, but the 245xs were a little cheaper and were more of what I wanted (a stiff/firm shock). If I were building an off road rig and cruising the desert on washboard roads, the 5100s would be on my list to consider.
The combo is a bit of a "franken-setup" with the OEM and OME coils, but I needed some extra carrying power in the back for hauling stuff around. The OEM coils didn't cut it.
If I'm not addressing any of your concerns with the set up, please let me know.
Just a quick Edit... I was always under the impression that the Trekmasters were a "soft" shock, that's the only reason I didn't go with that set up. I looked at the SS 3.0 for a long time, but wanted a stiffer shock for the highway, hence the HD 2450/2451.
