Looking good RooR.

Do you have to literally "jump" up into your 4Runner now? I have thought about adding some 285s and a 2" body, but I was just curious about how fellow passengers get in? If they can slide in or do I need to toss them a ladder.

Oh and are sliders in your near future?

That would be the shift linkage. For the steering, you want the clamp up near the top of the steering shaft after the top u-joint where is comes out of the firewall. Looks something like this:

Weston its about 2 inchs above the steering spacer, it'll allow the splines to sorta inch their way in so it wont be as tight.

I forgot we did this on my truck.

thanks for the clarification roger, blake. just got it back from having the bumper brackets modded. he did a amazing job i wish i had that camera again to take some more pics....BLAKE haha anyways, i'll go check in a little

oh and rockslide, yeah i have to hop a good bit to get my butt to make contact with my seat properly haha, as for passengers....i got this lift for me not for others, if they want a ride so bad they'll find a way in haha. but yeah i'm ordering trail gear sliders in the next few days if the money's there. the bracket modification cost me 180 so i have to take a breather hahaha

Bumper looks just right now.

And yeah I aggree, I add stuff to my 4Runner for me, not my passengers. I was just curious how much "umph" is now required now to get in that monster truck

Got any pictures you can post showing your 4Runner next to a bone stock 4Runner? It's hard to tell how tall it really is w/o a comparison.

Rig's looking real nice now, any plans to lift the tow hitch?
Can you post some pics of the modified arb brackets? Interested to see exactly what was done...

yeah the hitch is going to be moved up. i haven't examined the mounting yet i've been out of town for the last couple days. i was coming back today and got stuck in traffic outside of atlanta. long story short this guy nails me from the back in traffic and smashed my hitch cover into the hole and chipped the metal around the edges but pretty much no damage. his explorer, however, had a square hole in his front p.o.s. fender and the mount was crazy. i threatened to call the cops and take it up with insurance and he was scared ▓▓▓▓less and i bs'ed my way into getting him to cut me 160 dollar check! hahaha....sliders here i come! i'll put some pictures up tomorrow, hopefully this check clears hahaha
