100K Miles on my !998 4Runner Should I worry?

My 94 SR5 has 195,000 miles on the odometer. It is driven about 500 miles per week as I live in rural area of western NC. I plan to keep it running forever. If/when the 3.0 wears out, I would like to put in a 3.4.

Damn, you guys do drive a lot. I have a 93 and I'm barely hitting 77k . . . it was a gift from my dad last year he doesnt drive much. I got the car with 55k on it
