I worked all day and got it all buttoned up and almost ready to go. Those BJs were hell. I need to adjust the tie rods enough to get it to the shop for an alignment. They are toe in on both sides, eventhough I set them up exactly like the old ones.

Idler bushings new and old

Rusty as hell idler, which I cleaned. I also packed the housing with grease

Old and new upper

Old and New lower

I also installed this

I am, once again, ready to hit the trail.

Yeahhhhh, booooooooey! lol. Nice job, Zach..... You'll love how tight it feels, and I even have less pull when I brake after new BJ's/Suspension goodies. Control arm bushings?>>> Yeah, you think the BJ's were a pain? lol.
