Thanks Mark, it was a good time! I needed the R&R for sure. The fires are pretty far away from me, we are not as dry here as some places in Tx.

LOL, I think I have proven that I'm not scared to get a little damage. Now that I have the first few dents out of the way it's ON!

Looks like you had a great time. I will be glad to get a bikini top. Bet those are nice to have. Ouch on the body damage.

You going to be able to stick a new glass in tailgate? I would of liked to one mine, just looks really complicated. If you are brave enough to, I might have to give it a try it.

I think kids can sleep through a tornado.

dang rob, maybe you should look into a bulletproofing method for the body. Sucks about the bikini top though. Not to mention the tailgate.

At least ya had fun. but x2 don't try keeping up with the quads. lol. Your truck is a beast but .........

Hey rob, did you notice any ill side effect to running your shocks like that on the road? ie Any more body roll from when they were OEM?

None at all Brandon. I really never drove it on the street much with the stock set up but driving it now is fine, I don't notice bad body roll at all, but it's not like I am flying around corners in it either.

And as far as bullet proofing the body it is definatly on my short list. I am not doing this thing any favors by wheeling it without proper bumpers, thats for sure. I have a line on a rear bumper from a freind, and hope to order a front bumper soon. Unfortunatly all of my time and money are being directed other places now but I am looking forward to picking this project back up really soon. Just bare with me guys, I'll be back soon enough.

Definatly next time Jason. I for sure want both the mirror and the back glass too, I'm not sure how I can get the glass shipped without it being broken though. It would probably be a pain for you to bring it with you next time you where this way as well so I guess we will just have to see how it works out.

So this is where your hiding? Haven't heard much from you lately bud, I pm'd you on the other forum a while back...I need your address! Hope all is well and you can get back to working on your runner. I put some ideas for building a simple rear bumper in my build thread on TOR, the one with a swing out I got from a 1st gen build on Pirate (hint hint)

I am using an Aussie locker now, only because it came set up and ready to go in my 5.29 third member, but I was very happy with the Spartan I had before.

Yes nvtoyota, there is definatly some bumpers in my future. Sooner rather than later. I need to quit destroying this thing but don't want to have any less fun with it.
