Sorry...I some how missed that. Gotta quit skimming and read more.

I clicked on what 92 had and searched for that. I'll quit messing around in there then and I'll just hijack his thread again.

Yotarob will just yell at me again for trying to help out some. I see how he is now, someday I might have some useless knowledge the he wants...

I got the flex plate taken care of, it was an extra & unexpected pain in my rear but I got it. 4runner is on the road, but not exactlly street legal. Bringing it your way might be a good idea for the future, got any good places to wheel?

Gauges going in this week.
Still need to go back & readjust my valves when warm
I have a rattle I need to track down

Clutch is good...no I can go. Changed front brakes last night and now I can stop too!!!

yeah for me.

I think he had his plate in, well not wrong, but not quite right and his starter was hitting it. If I recall correctly.

Yeah well I got about 10mpg towing this thing to the off road park last weekend, I wonder how much fuel would cost all the way to Pennsylvania? LOL

I got my alternator back yesterday evening. He said that the voltage regulator was the problem & that the brushes & bearing where both in great shape. I got an inside deal on it, he charged me $22 for the part & labor was free
