Dang, hope nobody was seriously hurt! Welcome to the forum, looks like you're taking on a pretty ambitious project, I like it!!! How's the frame?

Cut the inner fender off the driver side today and picked up a driveline and steering box mount.

No way, you got this.

As for a wheel well, try a junk yard, or search Craigslist for some one parting out a truck and cut one off that. Can you post up a closer picture of what you need to re hang on the wheel well, and where youll be welding it on? When you cut it off the donor cab, remember to cut way more than you need and can trim at home.

Hows the core support/ front body mount?

core support is new and front body mounts are good.

Since the junk yard wouldn't let me bring a saw in I was going to do tube inner fenders that I made and sheet metal for wheel wells. just not sure how bending that sheet metal goes and how to make it strong enough to hold up the weight of the battery.

This was my first shot at welding.

Bent Housing

Finally got all my SAS stuff and went to put my axle together after work only to discover the my housing is bent so now everything is back on hold.
Front inner fender will be welded back together when I do the SAS.
If you know anyone selling an axle housing let me know.
