One cam cap bolt not torqued to spec, locktite, problems?

Just did an HG on a 93' pickup 3vze and one of the bolt holes for the cam caps(drivers side back right bolt) just kept spinning. I tried a thread repair kit but couldn't get the tap past the lip over the hole. So I used locktite. The bolt isn't exactly torqued to spec but that cam isn't coming off. The clearance may be off by a bit because of this. I'm wondering how long before this will cause worse problems regarding the camshaft.

thanks peeps
