frozen cam bolt

I've got a 93 pickup 4x4, manual transmission - I took it in for an alignment but got the nasty news of frozen rusted cam bolts and a total repair estimate of $400 ($200 for bushings, $150 labor, & $50 for alignment) - I'll try soaking w/ PBblaster for a week and see if that works, but I'm not optimistic.

Any other tips or ideas?

I wish I could do the bushing and cam bolt replacement myself, but I was told they would have to be melted out and I have no heat tools for that. And no press to get new ones in.

Any tips for part sources for quality bushing and cam bolts at a good price?
