My toy

My toy

Started of as a bone stock 1991 toy 3.0 auto with 165k miles a blown head gasket and 2 leaking valve cover gaskets.




Went out and picked up a few things for it... 82ish toy front with 3 something gears

In the rear I also used trail gear springs and bilstein shocks. No pics of rear progress...

still need some sheet metal to finish them..

Oh yeah, truck blew a head gasket on the way to bronco last weekend so I'm just going to pull the motor and trans together and setup the box 4 rocks while its all apart..
Got the engine pulled and tore down. Heads went to the machine shop today.

Looks great. Bobbed beds looks great. Thought of doing one to my 86 but it will be used for hunting and camping. Not sure if I could fit a bull elk in a bobbed bed.
