Not sure if this is the right place to ask questions but i need some experienced advice before i go blow a bunch of money and things not work out. going with a 3.5 inch fabtech lift. curious if 15x8 with 4 inch backspacing rims with 31 inch tires will be too big? thanks for comments in advance

Sorry, I didn't read your original post very good, you stated a 3.5" lift, I don't know where I came up with the 4" lift from, lol.
Anyway, if your only wanting to run 31's you should be fine without a lift, alot of guys are running them without problems.

UPDATE:
Finally got her lifted...
31" mastercraft tires
3" summit racing body lift
Pro comp stock replacement shocks
10 full turns on torsion bars
Grinded the front fenders bigger
Heres the before and after pics...
Still on the to do list:
Go to the desert to break her in
Install lightbar
Bend bumpers
Paint flat black or coyote tan
Buy shell or toolbox
Only bad thing is on unlevel tight turns or going into some driveways the front rubs a little bit (level turns no problems at all), not sure how many more torsion bar turns we can do before the tires bow. Might have to get the fabtech lift kit since its pretty much the only thing available for a 93 2wd. Shouldve went with 30" tires and I wouldve been fine but this is my first truck that I lifted. Thanks for your time!
