It's like your truck only as a 4runner:

I don't know what it is, but the look of those lights beside a blacked out grille makes me smile every time I see the pic, and now again as I look at your truck. Keep up the good work, I'm subscribed.
Thanks man, the 4runner in that pic is pretty nice, its a lot cleaner than my truck though.

Haha JK, I cant decide if I am going to paint them or powder coat the wheels yet and then I will mount them, I will most likely mount them before the Browns Camp run at the end of the month, get that motor going so you can go. For anyone that does want to go to Browns, here is the link https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f15/...2011-a-234977/

No updates right now, but I parked next to this guy at school today, he was running 36 swamper TSL's, looks like a fresh sas but no front drive line parked next to this thing my truck looked itty bitty.
And it was a beautiful day here in Oregon, you wont understand if you are not from here, but we don't get many days like this here and when we do, its a celebration

So I painted the wheels yesterday with black rustoleum wheel paint and then coated them with clear. Today I went and got the tires mounted, afterwards it just didn't look so good being all dirty, so I went and washed it for the first time since I washed it the night I got it. I think the 31's look small now being used to the 32's but it will be okay for now.

^^^ Looks nice man. I bet those will help you in the mud better than those previous tires. What a beautiful day! I don't know if its cuz I'm new to working 8-5 M-F or if the weather has really been that crappy here lately but I am amazingly grateful for this weather.

Yep it is real nice out today, I almost hit a mud hole on the way home from getting the tires on but decided against it since I just washed it. Last weekend I think it was, we got a record amount of rainfall, Seattle did also, they actually had over half their average rain for a month in one day.

It's stupid and depressing. I've lived in Oregon my whole life and it still gets me.

Eh....I lived in Southern California for a little while and it was depressing to me that it was always sunny, it felt like a special day when it would rain, then I came back to Washington to visit for Christmas and I decided I couldn't go back to California.

So I took a drive out to the coast today to pick this up

I got it for a pretty good deal, the guy told me that his grandpa had rebuilt it 1K ago, but he died some years back and it just sat around, so I pretty much deemed it necessary to rebuild it again. I smashed my pinky pretty good getting it in, now its blue from the knuckle down and was bleeding from around my fingernail.
So I just have to save up and get my kit together and then

Eventually.... I feel like I am starting to get to many separate projects going on this truck, I have the motor I need to start working on, the body and drive train lift and now an SAS, I think I need to start getting more of a tunnel vision to complete some of this, if I don't I will end up with a pile of parts in the garage without enough to finish anything.

So this weekend was a blast wheeling with everyone, I didn't get many pics.

I got some video posted on the Brown's Camp thread of Vance and Muddpigg on Can Opener.
I did realize that I for sure need to upgrade to power steering, my arms sure got a work out in the rocks and wasn't quick enough to navigate through some of the stuff.

I also got the go ahead for some more mods from the wife after she saw all the other trucks.

It was real fun, we filled up a 30 gallon trash can with beer bottles.
The wheeling was fun also

Vance texted me and he is trying to get some people to go over the 4th of July weekend, I can't go as well as the rest of my fam as we have prior plans, but it sounds like that would be a good time.

I just kinda washed my truck today and I really need to get some sliders on, my right lower door is really getting beat up.
I also went out and tore down the left side of my SFA, it does appear to have been rebuilt as the bearings are all in good shape and it was full of some new looking grease. I think I am going to tear it all down and get it sandblasted to get rid of the surface rust all over it.
