Brown's Camp on Memorial Day weekend 2011
So I have been planning a trip with my Brother in laws to go camping over memorial day weekend at Brown's Camp. If you have never been to Brown's and wonder about the trails, there is something for everyone, there is everything from stuff a lifted 2wd could do to things that cant be done without at least 35's and lockers.
I will be going up there Thursday to get a site for me, my wife and my brother in laws. The camp sites are first come first serve, more info can be found at the Tillamook State Forest Web Site

I will be driving my truck, one brother in law is driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee with 31's and a winch, other brother in law is driving his crew cab Dodge on 37's.
I also forgot to add that if anyone is interested, they have hiking trails there and a shooting range also.

That would be fine, we are camping in the camp ground where it costs $10 for each vehicle excluding rigs on trailers or ATV's, I wont know till I get up there and take a look about how big the spots are and how many tents can fit, I will probably go up there and scout out the camp ground a week before or something and I will let you know. My wife is coming with me as she wants to drive my truck through some of the stuff and my sister in law is coming also, it should be fun.

i'll be in the area.. i'm going with my buddies and i'm not sure where we'll be camping... i think there is talk to camp further west on 6...
yes there is all kinds of trails for everything from mild to wild.. the dodge will have some issues on some trails being so wide but you should be fine. archers trail is a good one for everyone, those who cannot make it up waterfall and or can opener and or rock garden have the ability to bypass those sections of trail. have fun and hit me up on CB22 if you see my red 4runner.
