Landcruiser coils sourced by TORFAB I went and had them media blasted by a PC/FAB shop down the road. No more rust, I opted out of a powdercoat after a bit of research, plus paint is cheaper. Then I brought them home, cleaned, primed and painted them exclusively using Rustoleum

Replaced the moonroof switch and added a garage door opener. Rebuilt some manual hubs that I sourced on ih8mud. Made some progress on the wheels. Ordered some bj spacers from 4crawler. Also had a clutch kit come in and put in. Pulled the running boards and changed the oil as well.

The final stage of the moonroof switch cover, with garage door opener. The oem switch was out, and the replacement would have cost more than I wanted to pay. So we replaced it with a Carling style DPDT mom/off/mom switch with red LEDs that stay lit while the vehicle is on. The button to the right is connected to a modded garage door opening unit that I just placed in the headliner.

Such a clean truck.. I beg of you to keep her that way, haha. I understand you're planning on replacing the stock 15's for the 16's? Any reason why, or just aesthetic?

As for switching to 16s, for me at least, they have always been easier to find in the sizes I want from the manufacturers I want. I have nothing against BFG, but for the last few years I have been running NITTO tires, and I really really like them. I'll be throwing 285/75/16s on those wheels. I ran that size on my Nissan fronty, with stock 7.5 wheels. Didn't run into any cupping or uneven wear so I'm hoping for the same turn out this time.
