I disconnected the sway bar links a couple days ago just because everyone says it rides and flexes better. I've only driven to work and back, which is only about 16 miles and I can definitely feel a difference in the ride. Hitting bumps feels smoother. I'm not too sure about body roll during turns, though. When I'm turning I think I feel more body roll, but I'm not sure if it's just in my mind. You know, just because I know the sway bar is disconnected, I'm expecting to feel more body roll.

I don't know, I'll leave it disconnected for a few more days and keep driving it just to be sure.

3 yrs had it out. ... didnt feel any diff and seemed to flex better... Take her out and flex her a bit and see if its nicer offroad. Depends on if u have original bushings in there as well... Have a great rest of the weekend fir me..... I'm down 4the most part with nasty ear infection.

Same here for the sway bar , did felt much better.

Now that I drive. It feels normal . And the body roll isn't as bad..
Mine doesn't fell like it will tip. .. Maybe cause its not lifted yet.

Thanks guys. That's about what everyone else said in the threads I've read.

I drove to work this morning, just as I usually do. Similar speed around corners and everything. The whole time, I forgot that I had the sway bar disconnected. I never felt an increase in body roll. It must have been all in my mind. So it's staying off.

Feel better, Chef! Ear infections are the worst!

So Are 32"a really needed on a 15x10 wheels ?
Or can they also fit on 15x8 ?

Nutty,.....

I ran my 32x11.50's on 15x8" wheels..... Some worry that when wheeling on a ratio of wider rim/ tire width lesser (10.50 or 11.50 on 10" wide), they could more easily pop a bead free. The Hawaiians go often for the 10.50 on 10-12" wide wheels..... There's a name for it... cant remember.

Even my 35x12.50's are on 8"ers.....

They're better on an 8" wide rim because of the bead holding capabilities at lower pressures. But they also work on 10" wide rims. A 10" wide rim is the largest recommend rim width for the 32x11.5 tire.

Next time I get tires, I'm selling these rims and getting 8" wide rims (another set of Outlaw IIs, of course) and 33s (or maybe 35s?). It's just an all around better setup.

I just heard it was bad to run 33 on 15x8 due to the side may bulge to much

Sidewall bulge is good because it serves as psuedo rim protector.

Bottom line: 11.5" or 12.5" width tire on 8" wide rim =

Guy I know has 33 X 10.50 tires on his original aluminum sr5 rims... never had a single problem once in 80,000 miles on the same tires... BFG at's. So 10.5's work great on stock 15 x 7's as well...... Had my 31 x 10.50's for 100k..... Never a single issue.

Ok! Ok! Pics!

First I used a ramp

Then I realized I had a perfectly good hill to use I probably could have gone further up.

I have driven my truck for a few years without the sway bar. Think of it as saving racing weight.... lol It does help with offroad flex without any bad on road side effects

So over the past week, the hole in my muffler has gotten worse everyday, so the plan is to get rid of the cat and build a 2 1/4" exhaust. I just haven't decided on a muffler. Everyone seems to go with a magnaflow. I was also looking at a turbo muffler or a Cherry Bomb Vortex. I don't want anything raspy or farty sounding

This seems to help: http://pnw4runners.com/exhaust/exhaust.htm

I'm leaning towards a 14" Magnaflow, part # 11225, and a tip with a non-rolled edge. I hate the look of rolled edge tips. The only issue is the magnaflow mufflers are stainless and I'm not sure if I could weld stainless. I guess I could just clamp the muffler on and use a sealer around the connections and weld all the other pipes. That would make it easier to swap out mufflers if need be.
