It isn't too expensive for the trail gear rear disk brake conversion.. I would buy it. But right now I am saving up for other things..

I would love to do the rear brake conversion. disk is so much better but not sure of the install.

its really easy , here is a link to my install using all toyota parts.
https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...nstall-191482/

1990 4x4 4runner ifs front calipers ,you can get them for around 50 i had a set laying around.
1997 tacoma 4x4 v6 front discs, cost me 85 kragen
85excab is selling the brackets. has them for 50

still need an ebrake though .i went with skys , ebrake
im still using the stock proportioning valve , have not modified it at all and alls good.

I slammed that passenger door today and the dent popped out.. lol

I have a full set of doors i may put on in spring with another fender and just paint the whole truck and then it would be mostly straight again.

solids for $200? what kind of madness is this? usually they are $500, people must be getting desperate to make their sub-prime mortgage payments... jk... thats not funny... my bad. well i can tell you that a solid in south CA goes for $500 easy even in these times.
